Summary
SiteReportKit is designed as an offline-first field reporting app. Core project data, issue records, photos, annotations, signatures, PDFs, CSV files, and project archives are created and stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Data We Do Not Collect
The current SiteReportKit app does not use developer-operated accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated cloud service for core workflows. We do not receive your project records, photos, signatures, reports, device identifiers, or usage analytics from the app.
Data You Create In The App
You may enter or import project names, client and site details, addresses, inspector details, company information, issue notes, due dates, assignees, photos, annotations, signatures, report settings, and closeout evidence. This information is used locally to create punch list, snagging, defect, action list, CSV, archive, and closeout reports.
Exporting And Sharing
When you export, save, print, or share a PDF, CSV, image, or SiteReportKit project archive, the selected data leaves the app through the destination you choose, such as Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, a print workflow, or another installed app. Those destinations are controlled by you and may have their own privacy practices.
Camera, Photos, And Files
SiteReportKit asks for camera and photo library access only so you can capture or import site evidence, company logos, and related report media. File access is used for user-selected imports, exports, backups, and handoff files.
Children
SiteReportKit is a professional field reporting tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Future Services
If SiteReportKit adds optional cloud sync, accounts, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, support ticketing, or integrations in the future, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before those services are released.
